Also very effective treatment for insomnia, sunken & puffy eyes, and dark circles under the eyes.  This treatment starts with a short face massage with a constitutionally appropriate oil. After oil, steam is applied to the face for deeper penetration of the oil. The treatment ends with an administration of 3-8 oil drops in each nostril depending on client's concerns.
